Dear Phil D. Swing Families, 

My name is Hidali Garcia and I am excited to introduce myself as the principal of Phil D. Swing Elementary School, home of the Panthers.  I am honored to lead Phil D Swing's dedicated staff, along with the dynamic teachers and classified staff.  I will work hard to cultivate good citizenship, daily attendance and provide rigorous academic experiences for all our students. 

My passion for education has been shaped over the past 30 years as a teacher, resource teacher, county, site and district administrator.  This year will be my 30th year in education.  On a personal note, I would like to share that I grew up in Brawley, I continue to live here and attended Phil D. Swing.
