٠ TK Eligibility: a child is eligible for TK if they turn four by September 1, 2026.

٠ Kindergarten Eligibility: a child must be five on or before September 1, 2026.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

TK & Kinder Registration Packets for the 2026-2027 school year are available at schools of residence. Registration Packets are only for new TK & Kindergarten students.

Required Documents for Enrollment:

1.    VERIFICATION OF AGE

٠ Birth Certificate

٠ Baptismal Certificate

٠ Passport

2.    VERFICATION OF IMMUNIZATIONS

٠ Immunization Record (up to date)

3.    VERIFICATION OF RESIDENCY (dated within the last 30 days)

            ٠ Utility Bill (Electric, Gas, Water, Trash)

            ٠ Property Tax Statement

            ٠ Rental Property Contract, lease or payment receipt

            ٠ Pay stub

Forms to be submitted to School Site

٠ Oral Health Assessment (New TK & Kinder students)

٠ Housing Questionnaire

٠ House Hold Income Data Form 2026 - 2027

Returning Student Documents & Forms Required

1.    VERIFICATION OF RESIDENCY (dated within the last 30 days)

            ٠ Utility Bill (Electric, Gas, Water, Trash)

            ٠ Property Tax Statement

            ٠ Rental Property Contract, lease or payment receipt

            ٠ Pay stub

2.    ٠ 7th Grade TDAP: All 7th grade students must submit proof of TDAP vaccination

Registration is not complete until all proper documentation has been received and reviewed by school site staff.  Once documentation has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email from your school of residence stating your registration has been approved.
