🌟 Thank You, Farm Smart! 🌟
A big thank you to Farm Smart for bringing the “Read with a Farmer” event to our 3rd-grade classrooms at Miguel Hidalgo Elementary! 🥕📚
Farmers visited our classrooms and read the book “How Did That Get in My Lunchbox?: The Story of Food” by Chris Butterworth. Students loved learning about how food gets from the farm to their plates and had the chance to ask the farmers thoughtful questions about agriculture. 🚜🌽🥪
We truly appreciate our guest farmers for inspiring our students and making learning about food and farming so fun and meaningful! 🌟
Here are the farmers who joined us in each classroom:
👩🌾 Ms. Cristobal– Mr. Brett Miller
👩🌾 Mrs. Drye Mr. Sean Cameron
👩🌾 Ms. Diaz– Mr. Cole Pfsiter
Thank you again, Farm Smart, for helping our students connect what they learn in school to the world around them! 💚

Thank you, Miguel Hidalgo Elementary community, for making Back to School Night a huge success! ✨
We are so grateful to our parents and families for showing up and partnering with us to kick off the school year strong. A special thank you to the organizations who joined us to provide resources and support for our families—you help us build a stronger community together.
Our evening was filled with joy and pride as the Mariachi welcomed families on their way to classrooms, and our Hawk mascot brought big smiles while greeting students and parents. 🦅🎶
