Thank you to Cambria for supporting our students by sharing valuable cooking techniques and teaching proper serving etiquette. The experience inspired our students and showed them that culinary arts can be a meaningful career path, among many others. We also want to recognize Mr. Reyes for the amazing work he continues to do with the Career Pathways Exploration class.

Good afternoon BESD families please view the ELKS Hoop Shoot Flyer! Children participating must be between ages 8 - 13 and entry is FREE! Contest will take place at Brawley Union High School on 12/6/25.

Next week is Inclusive Schools Week, and we are excited to highlight and celebrate the progress our schools have made in providing a supportive, welcoming, and high-quality education for all students—including those with disabilities. This is a wonderful opportunity to recognize the collaborative efforts of our teachers, staff, students, and families who work every day to ensure that every learner feels valued, supported, and included.

Our schools will be closed for Thanksgiving Break from Monday, November 24, 2025 through Friday, November 28, 2025. Classes will resume on Monday, December 1, 2025.

On November 10th at the ICOE Board Meeting our students were honored with scholarship checks of $250 for auctioning off their artwork during last month's ICOE Autumn & the Arts Festival.

For the junior high division, we had the most recipients from our district.
